Breakfast Experiment Pt. 1

Hi friends! I am going to do a little breakfast experiment next week. The idea is that I will have a different breakfast everyday for seven days and jot down how I feel directly after eating and then again two hours later. I want to dive in and see what foods best serve me in the mornings. As I’ve mentioned, sleep is hard to come by over here so I want to incorporate more foods that leave me feeling as energized as possible. I am currently skipping breakfast more often than not just because I feel like I don’t have the time. The days that I do manage to eat something it’s usually a Perfect Bar or pastry. Which don’t get me wrong I love a pastry morning, but I think it’s time to switch it up and work in some more nourishing foods throughout the week. I'm attaching next week’s breakfast menu and shopping list below in case anyone wants to do the experiment with me. Feel free to get creative and customize your week! I’m looking forward to reporting back.
