My “I Love” List

When was the last time you did something that makes you happy? Happiness literally lowers stress levels, increases immune system function, and lowers your risk for disease. It also just makes life more fun. If it’s been a while since you have, try making an “I love” list. List everything that you enjoy. Once you get everything down, think about how you can incorporate one or more of the things on it into your daily routine.

Here is my current “I love” list:

  • Sunshine

  • An iced matcha

  • Dancing around the house with G

  • Gardening

  • Skincare

  • Walks in my neighborhood

  • Clean sheets

  • Chocolate

  • Going for a swim

  • Turmeric tea before bed

Life as a mama is busy so working these things in wherever I can is key. Last week skincare literally looked like a face mask while doing the dishes, my matcha was consumed while sorting laundry, and gardening was watering my plants in the backyard while G hung out in her bouncer. I encourage you to create your list and work as many of the things on it into your week as possible. I’m telling you, the shift you’ll feel is amazing. I’d love to hear how it goes!
